We are pleased to announce that we have completed our intended changes to the Plan’s lifestyle strategies for DC and DB AVC members. We have therefore been able to lift the transaction blackout ahead of schedule, meaning you can now request investment switches, transfers and new retirement processes as normal.

The transaction blackout was a necessary period when we had to restrict activity to make sure that the investment changes could be processed smoothly and correctly. We had been planning to end the blackout on 4 October, but we were in fact able to restore normal service from 2 October.
