Identity verification exercise
If you’re a member of the Plan and live overseas, you may have received a letter from us about verifying your identity.
We understand that being asked to provide your personal details can raise suspicion; however, we’d like to reassure you that this communication is legitimate and it’s important that you take part in the process to avoid any delays to your future pension payments.
The letter provides you with instructions on how to confirm your details, either online through an app, or by post.

Please note that this exercise is only for overseas members of the Plan. If you live in the UK and receive an identity verification request claiming to be from the Plan, this has not come from us and you should report it to the Plan Administrator.
