New Functionality on Your Member Portal

Have you logged onto the Member Portal, your dedicated online hub for managing your pension, lately? We’ve launched some new features to enhance your experience and help you better engage with the Pensions Team at Gallagher, the Plan Administrator.

If you have a specific query about your pension, you can now raise it through the Portal using the ‘Case Tracker’ service in the ‘Contact Us’ section. Simply complete a straightforward form with your question, and it will be sent directly to the Pensions Team. You can then track the progress of your query in the ‘Cases’ section of the portal, so if you’re ever wondering where things are up to, you can just go online and check.
